After talking with the owners we discussed the various fail-safe scenarios and we can see it was well planned out. The tech is definitely not bleeding edge but it is by far the best tech room we have done in the downtown core. If you’ve read our other reviews when we talk about lasers its usually associated with a groan and how it doesn’t fit the theme. *SPOILER ALERT* This is by far our favourite laser room in the city. Otherwise the room was polish and you can tell they put alot of thought into what were ‘game’ components and what was decor.īells and Whistles: Was it just lockboxes throughout the Room? If we had to be nit picky ( and It could be that we missed some details) but the room felt less like an auction room and more like a art gallery or an art collector’s room. The room felt solid, and there weren’t any cheap props. Team Undefeated + Diamond Heist = a good time, and here is how it went.Ĭreativity and Design (aka its Fancy level): – Was it inventive ? Did it fit the theme? Team Undefeated is a group elite escapers from Niagara who have escaped nearly all their rooms (except Counter-Ops, but the same goes for us). This time around we were joined by Mike and Miranda from Team Undefeated, which in less than 30 minutes showed us their expert skills. Gamemasters Billy, Carmen and Jasmine filled us in what has changed since our last visit, but we were eager to sink our teeth into the long awaited Diamond Heist room.
